TOTAL FITNESS MODEL
The Pyramid bases its offerings on the total fitness model,
which states that a person's wellness is determined by
her or his focus on each of the following areas:
 
   Physical fitness
   Healthy eating and water consumption
   Sleep and rest
   Emotional well-being and self-esteem
   Intellectual well-being
   Social wellness and sexuality
   Spiritual wellness
   Safety habits and personal hygiene
   Reducing substance use and eliminating addiction
   Career and financial wellness
   Environmental wellness
   Motivation to be well
 
All of these components are interrelated and interact to
to create a person's wellness.
