Although the Pyramid strives to create the safest, highest quality experiences for its guests, and while everyone at the Pyramid
upholds the highest level of ethical standards for their professions, participants understand that they are assuming any and all risk
of injury and agree to hold the Pyramid, its owner, its employees, its instructors, and volunteers harmless in the very unlikely event
of injury. Further, the Pyramid makes no medical claims or guarantees about its products or services. Clients should always consult
their primary care physician before trying anything new. Our products and services should never be used instead of appropriate medical
care. For the protection and comfort of our guests, we do use closed circuit security cameras throughout the facility.
Wellness
Marketplace Policies
We accept cash, check, credit card, or Pyramid gift card for payment. Products can be returned for
up to 30 days with the receipt only if in resellable condition. Payment is returned via the same method of the orginal purchase. Opened
CD's, DVD, and tarot card sets cannot be returned for any reason except for a defect. Returns without receipts are not allowed.
Gift cards are good for one year from the date of purchase.
Salt Cave and Halotherapy Room Policies
No food or drink is allowed
in the cave at all. No shoes are allowed in the cave. Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, etc., before entering the cave. You
must be at least 13 years old to use the Salt Cave or Halotherapy Room. Some exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and must
be cleared by Margaret Smiechowski in advance.
Wellness Services Policies
Because our practitioners are extremely busy and often
come from far away, out of respect for them we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of an emergency, please let us know
ASAP if you cannot make your appointment. For non-emergency no-shows, the Pyramid reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee
of the cost of the visit. During peak times, the Pyramid may ask for a credit card number to hold a treatment slot. Clients should
communicate fully with their practitioner about limitations, injuries, illnesses, and anything else that the practitioner needs to
know to do his or her job. Tips are not necessary but greatly appreciated when you feel that you received an outstanding service.
Oxygen
Bar Policies
Do not use the Oxygen Bar under the influence of any drug or alcohol or without first consulting your
doctor if you have respiratory problems. Do not share nose cannules. Do not exceed two ten-minute sessions in any given day. The
Oxygen Bar should never replace necessary medical treatment.
Fitness Center Policies (Please see "Membership Terms and Conditions"
for the full list of Fitness Center Policies
Members agree to all terms and conditions as outlined in the membership agreement
and terms and conditions. Please do not wear street shoes in the Center. Participants must be 15 years or older to use the facility.
Please do not bring valuables to the Center as the Pyramid is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members
pay in advance to belong to the club for a certain amount of time; no refunds are given if the member does not use the facility during
that time. No holds will be placed on any account. Refunds are not given if club offerings (equipment, classes, personnel) change.
General Policies
The Pyramid is a private facility. It is place of peace, healing, and wellness for everyone. If
anyone interferes with this in words, behaviors, or threats, he or she will be asked to leave and will lose access to future offerings.
Please do not wear street shoes in the Fitness Center or Ballroom Studio. Before using any "experimental treatment devices" like the
ionic foot baths or the far infrared sauna, participants assume all risk and are responsible for getting their own medical clearance.
Sauna participants must bring three towels or rent ours for $1/towel. The Pyramid is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged
personal property.
