The Pyramid is a wellness collaborative of more than forty professionals who have dedicated their lives
to holistic wellness and have come together to create a one-stop facility to meet all of your traditional and non-traditional wellness
needs.
The mission of the Pyramid is to provide professional, caring, effective, and affordable wellness products and services
to the community in the areas of physical, emotional, spiritual, and occupational wellness.

The Pyramid is open seven days a week because wellness is a lifestyle that you live every day, so we want to make these
products and services as available as possible. At the Pyramid, we understand how busy your life is, and we want to make using our
services simple and convenient. We try to work around your schedule, not the other way around. With that in mind, our hours are:
Pyramid Wellness: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM
Saturday-Sunday,
10 AM-6 PM
Pyramid Fitness: Monday-Friday, 6 AM-8 PM
Saturday-Sunday,
8 AM-3 PM
