Far Infrared Sauna
Our far-infrared sauna uses light instead of heat to create a powerful personal sauna experience. Because it uses light, our sauna can run at a slightly lower temperature than a traditional sauna, making it safer for people with heart, blood pressure, and diabetes issues. The sauna runs between 120-140 degrees. It is located in a private room on the main level of the Pyramid. It seats up to a maximum of 4 people at once. Participants should consult a physical and heed all warnings before using the sauna.
The cost for the use of the sauna is $0.75 cents per minute. Each person who uses the sauna also needs to bring three towels--one for the floor, one for the seat, and one to wrap in and wipe away the sweat. We do offer a towel service for $3/person. The recommended sauna session is 20-60 minutes.
